Booking & cancellation policy
To provide the best service and dedicated drawing time for every client, the following policies apply to all bookings:
Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers custom design preparation and holds your date in the calendar. It will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
Rescheduling: I require at least 7 days' notice to move an appointment. If less than one week’s notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited to cover the lost studio time.
Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours): If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be held liable for the full cost of the scheduled session.
Minor Policy: must be over 16, for clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the appointment to provide written consent.
